Guitarist Tom

Tom maintains an active schedule as a free-lance musician in the Pittsburgh area both as classical guitarist and flutist. As a flutist he regularly performs with the Benedum Orchestra, Pittsburgh CLO, Gateway to the Arts, and Wheeling Symphony. As a guitarist he performs in a variety of venues and is a member of ‘Arioso’, an eclectic chamber music group. He received his musical training at the New England and Peabody Conservatories of Music. In addition to teaching in the CMU guitar studio he is Artist Lecturer of Chamber Music at Carnegie Mellon and is on the adjunct faculty of Pittsburgh CAPA.

Jeremy Frantz has been performing in Pittsburgh and around the north east for over 10 years. A trained and seasoned jazz musician, Jeremy has developed a preference for interpreting and performing early American vocal standards. For four years he performed as a vocalist and guitarist for the Skyline City Big Band entertaining large audiences throughout Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, and Ohio. During that time Jeremy honed his skill as a vocal soloist and ensemble member, performing timeless classics by Cole Porter, George Gershwin, Richard Rodgers, Harry Warren, Duke Ellington, Johnny Mercer, Jerome Kern, Jimmy Van Heusen and others. He is a captivating performer for audiences of any size and available for booking as a soloist or with an ensemble.
