Forces of Nature Event

At this year’s highly anticipated return of the Forces of Nature Fundraiser Event, Pittsburgh will explode into a spectrum of vibrant colors with FORCES OF NATURE: COLOR OUR WORLD.

Pittsburgh’s Special Event Industry will once again come together to showcase their talent at this year’s fundraiser, which will take place on March 5 at Bakery 2.0.

Forces of Nature came first came together in 2013 when event professionals from the Pittsburgh area came together in an unprecedented way to raise money for Event Pros Take Action (EPTA). Striving to help rebuild communities who have suffered from environmental catastrophe, the Forces of Nature Fundraising Events were designed to allow these talented professionals to put their creativity to use to help those in need!

Since then, Forces of Nature continues to provide a truly memorable evening that benefits an amazing cause, with food, drink and entertainment, plus stunning decor that is designed to light up the room and the city! We at Entertainment Unlimited consider ourselves lucky to be a part of this event, in the company of some truly talented professionals who donate their time, energy and talent to making this evening a success!

This year we are fortunate to have some local professional musical acts which have gained recognition for their talent, both locally and nationwide:

  • Scott and Rosanna, the jazz/ folk acoustic duo blend Scott’s free spirited guitar style with Rosanna’s raw, soulful vocals. Their vibrant personalities and electric chemistry on stage provide a fun, engaging experience for any audience. The duo has released two original EP’s and are preparing to record their first full length album set to release in late 2016.
  • The Move Makers Band was formed in late 2014 by trombonist Reggie Watkins, who returned to the Pittsburgh area after completeing a world tour with Grammy winner Jason Mraz. Watkins has shared the stage and performed with notable artists such as jazz legend Maynard Ferguson, The Dave Matthews Band, Willie Nelson, Aretha Franklin, Warren Haynes, The Temptations, and The Four Tops, performing on some of the world’s largest stages from Royal Albert Hall to Madison Square Garden. Completing the band are members of The Steeltown Horns, as well as a tight rhythm section and powerful male and female vocalists. Performing popular songs across all genres, the Move Makers Band provides a fresh mix great for diverse audiences.

Forces of Nature, in the spirit of events past, promises to be another successful evening! Festivities begin with a VIP admission from 6:30-7:30pm, and General Admission from 7:30-11:00pm. Complimentary Valet Parking is included with VIP admission, and all other guests are encouraged to park in the main Bakery Square garage.
