Holiday parties are an excellent way to get together with friends, family, or even fellow coworkers to celebrate the upcoming Holiday Season! One thing that guests look forward to, regardless of age, is the food. If you are serving a formal dinner, a Cocktail Hour is usually held beforehand, where guests can snack on small hors d’oeuvres prior to dinner. For simpler, more informal parties, there are a number of tasty holiday snacks that you can serve throughout the evening that are sure to be a hit.

- 3 c Mini Marshmallows
- Wilton Color Right Food Coloring – Yellow
- Wilton Color Right Food Coloring – Blue
- 1/2 c Mini Marshmallows
- Red M&Ms
Melt the 3 tbsp butter in a medium pan. When butter is melted, add mini marshmallows. Remove from heat & add a few drops yellow food coloring, mix until mixture is bright yellow. Then add in 1 very small drop of the blue food coloring and stir. This will allow you to get the perfect green color for your Grinch Popcorn.
Slowly pour marshmallow mixture over the popcorn, and stir gently with a spoon until it is covered. Once it’s covered, pour it onto a foil-covered cookie sheet, and drizzle lightly with remaining marshmallow mixture. Sprinkle candy and the 1/2 c. mini marshmallows while the mixture is sticky. Then serve!
