Jeremy Frantz has been performing in Pittsburgh and around the north east for over 10 years. A trained and seasoned jazz musician, Jeremy has developed a preference for interpreting and performing early American vocal standards. For four years, he performed as a vocalist and guitarist for the Skyline City Big Band, entertaining large audiences throughout Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, and Ohio. During that time, Jeremy honed his skills as a vocal soloist and ensemble member, performing timeless classics by Cole Porter, George Gershwin, Richard Rodgers, Harry Warren, Duke Ellington, Johnny Mercer, Jerome Kern, Jimmy Van Heusen and others. He is a captivating performer for audiences of any size and available for booking as a soloist or with an ensemble.
In addition to performing, he currently works as an instructor in Pittsburgh for Saint Vincent College and Geneva College, where he teaches guitar and directs ensembles. He also offers professional guitar lessons at his private studio in Pittsburgh’s historic Allegheny West.
