Carlton is a vocalist and entertainer who has performed for the Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera and the Pittsburgh Opera Company. He has studied voice at the Elma Lewis School of Fine Arts, Civic Light Opera Academy and with Raymond Blackwell of Carnegie Mellon University. He has performed both locally and abroad in Freiburg, Germany.
